Ordering Flowers
Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place an order directly on our website, over the phone, or by visiting our shop in person.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in custom arrangements for any occasion. Contact us to discuss your vision, and we’ll create something unique just for you.
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: For same-day delivery, outlying areas is available for orders placed before 10:30 am, Kahului & Wailuku until noon. For larger orders like weddings and events we recommend ordering 3-4 weeks in advance.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Yes! Same-day delivery to outlying areas is available for orders placed before 10:30 am, Kahului & Wailuku until noon. Delivery is subject to availability.
Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: Kahului Florist services all of Maui. We offer shipping to Lanai via pre arranged ferry service only. We also offer shipping services to Mainland US.

Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
A: Of course! Simply select the “Pickup” option during checkout or let us know when placing your order.
Q: Do you ship to the U.S. mainland?
A: Yes, we currently offer shipping to the U.S. mainland. Please note that shipping times and availability vary based on location and flower type. Contact us for details or to arrange shipping.

Q: What types of flowers do you offer?
A: We offer a wide variety of fresh flowers, including seasonal blooms, tropical flowers, roses, and more. Our inventory changes regularly to reflect the freshest selections.
Q: Do you offer wedding or event services?
A: Yes! We provide bespoke floral designs for weddings, events, and special occasions. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
Q: Can I include a gift message with my order?
A: Yes! You can include a personalized message during checkout, and we’ll attach it to your arrangement.
Care & Maintenance:
Q: How do I care for my flowers?
A: Trim the stems, change the water every 1-2 days, and keep the arrangement out of direct sunlight and heat. We include care instructions with every order.
Q: How long will my flowers last?
A: With proper care, most arrangements last 5-7 days.
Returns & Issues:
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
A: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Cancellations or modifications on everyday delivery orders can be made up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Unfortunately, once the orders are placed for funerals and weddings we can not offer any type of refund or cancellation due to the ordering process for these items.

Q: Do you sell plants or gift items?
A: Yes! We carry a selection of plant, and curated gifts, perfect for any occasion.
Q: Can I schedule a recurring flower delivery?
A: Definitely! We offer subscription services for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries. Contact us to set it up.
